Fitness Smoothies!

After Cruising through Pinterest for hours, I found several different fitness smoothies that you can drink to loose weight, help circulate your system, boost metabolism, or to drink in place of an unhealthy snack. I made my first green fitness smoothie this morning! It's delicious and easy to make!

Ingredients:
1 cup of pineapple chunks
1 cup of plain yogurt.
2 bananas
2 handfuls of spinach
1 cup of filtered water

That's it! Although I must say it does come out warm. I had to stick mine in the fridge for an hour to make it cool. Next time I'll probably add ice cubes.
